Laminate installation on the first floor is very different than second floor. The surface of the first floor is made of cement, for this reason, the cement flatness gives a better result to install laminate. the first floor cement surface prevent laminate to move.
If carpet removal caused damage, we can prepare the surface for laminate installation with a sandpaper machine.
But if the floor is tile, it is much harder to be removed. After cutting the tiles with the machine and the high strength of the tile, the possibility of the floor get damage is high. After removing the tiles, we have to completely levele and sand the entire floor, then use ready-made cement repair materials. In some cases, customer insist to install laminates on top of tiles to save money, which is non-standard and we do not recommend.
We need a flattest floor for installation with a suitable and standard slope. The standard means the sub-laminate has good strength. After installation the laminates, it should stick to the ground completely. If laminates are not completely attached to the floor after installation, they will separated from each other over the time and by walking on them or placing objects on the laminates and force them to separate. If it has a bump, we need to align it with the device to make it smooth. our installation method is unique and makes it suitable for better and longer job. Our equipments make the rough floor so smooth and level.

Second floor is a little different, the weather conditions such as humidity worn out the wooden surface. That’s why all needs to get replaced and that’s expensive. So we try to save money by shaving all the surface. In order to install the new laminate We remove all the ridges completely to keep the thickness in standard way. For second floor we make the slope higher than fist floor, this method is to reduce sound by using special screws to keep them tight so when you walk on them it doesn’t make any sound.
